We are having 15000 Sq. feet’s Warehouse & Reconditioning facility which is 15 kms far from Bhavnagar city. From the purchasing of Machinery & Equipment, we take full care for Cleaning, Checking, Reconditioning, Packing & Dispatch of material. All work carried out under supervision of experienced & technical person.
As per Requirement, We replace the Old Parts, Bearings, Seal Rings, Gaskets etc. with Genuine / Non-Genuine Spares and Than Equipment carried out for Final Technical Inspection / Running Trial.
We have permanent account with Global Courier Company like FedEx, Ups & TNT to deliver the goods as per our customer’s quick need. Delivery at your door can be possible within 48 hours of most of Ex. Stock Item.

Reconditioning of Centrifugal Separator
After Proper Checking of each Separator, We do Reconditioning with Genuine and Non Genuine Major Service Kit and Intermediate Service Kit. All Consumables like Bowl Spindle, Worm, Worm Wheel, All Bearings, Friction Pad, O-Rings, Seal Rings, Gaskets and electric motor will be replaced with new one. The Machine will be Sand Blasted, Double Coat / Nicely Re-Painted. A Complete Test and Trial is carried out prior to Dispatch. A Test Certificate for each separator will be providing along with the history of Reconditioning process.
We are having large stock of Alfa Laval, Westfalia & Misubishi Separator, IMO Pump, Heat Pack and it’s Control Panel, Moatti Filter, Booster Unit, VCU-160, EPC-41, EPC-400, EPC-50 and EPC-60 Control Panel and it’s Unused Card, Water and Air Solenoid Valve Block, Water Transducer and lots of other items for Marine & Industrial Application. We are also making Skid Module of Separator with Electric Heater, Sludge Chamber, Sludge Pump, Feed Pump, Control Panel and Other Required Accessories.
Reconditioning of all Brands Plate Heat Exchanger
In the Plate Heat Exchanger, We are having 15 years experience of Re-Gasketing. Each plate, completely clean with eco-friendly chemical agent and fresh water pressure get machine. Than visual and UV Light test is carried out to detect Pin-Holes and Hairline crack. After the Test, Passed plates proceed for Re-Gasketing with Genuine / Non-Genuine / Imported and Indian Made Gasket. If Require, Pressure Test of Complete PHE is also done in our warehouse. The same Procedure is also followed by us for the Plate Type Fresh Water Generator.
We have large stock of Titanium & Stainless Steel plate and Rubber Gasket for Alfa Laval, GEA, Swep, APV, Soundex, Tranter, Hisaka and Other Brands. We are also having Fresh Water Generator’s plate in our stock. We are able to supply any kind of Fully Reconditioned plate within 48 hours.
