Importing vehicles from Japan is a relatively simple process that can be divided into four main steps.

1. Look in our stock list and contact us to place an order.
We have many vehicles in stock that are ready to be shipped to your country. If you do not find what you are looking for in our stock, we may be able to find and get it for you. Please contact us first.

2. Send a deposit of approximately 50% of the C&F(Cost and Freight) price by T/T(Telegraphic Transfer).
We will arrange all necessary custom clearance and shipping.

3. Your vehicle will be shipped.
We will send you copies of necessary documents by fax or e-mail within 3 days after departure.

4. Send in the remaining balance after shipment departs.
We will send you the original copy of all necessary documents by Air Mail. They will arrive in 2 or 3 days.

If you have interest in a vehicle which you would like to buy it directly from Japanese Auction then let us know about it. We are auction agents with experienced bidders and overwhelming hand on Japanese Auction Houses. You have to send us $1,000 advance deposit for us to bid on your choice of vehicle. Once your specified vehicle is won, you will then send us the remaining balance for that vehicle (we must receive 50% of CIF Price, at least to ship the unit). 

ALL vehicles are sold IN AS IT IS Condition. This means that the sold vehicle is in the exact state as remarked and as appears in photos. No warranty & No claim accepted.

Please check suitability of vehicle for import, according to your country regulations if any. If you are not familiar with the regulations, please refer to your local authority for any latest updates. We will advise to the best of our knowledge, but the customer is responsible to double check before deciding to purchase.

• How to remit your money
1. Telegraphic Transfer : The most recommended method
It can be arranged through any bank which has foreign transaction service.

FOB (Free on Board)
- FOB price includes the vehicle cost and all expenses incurred in Japan with the exception of container packing and shipping.

C&F (Cost and Freight)
- Vehicle cost including shipping. CIF price includes all expense except local taxes and charges.

CIF (Cost Insurance Freight)
- CIF is the vehicle cost which includes shipping and insurance, and excludes local taxes and charges of the country of destination.

T/T (Telegraphic Transfer)
- Electronic transfer of funds for sending deposit and payment. This method for money transactions is recommended as it is fast and reliable.

L/C (Letter of Credit)
- A document issued by a bank that guarantees payment, for a specified time period, of a customer's drafts up to a stated amount. Please contact your bank for more details.

Bill of Lading (B/L)
- This document shows proof of cargo ownership and is used for collecting the vehicle at the port. The B/L is a very important document and must be kept safe at all times.       

Invoice
- A shipping invoice may be required at customs to pay import taxes.

Cancellation of Registration
- This document shows that the vehicle is genuinely an export from Japan. It includes technical details and specifications of the car.

Translation of Registration Certificate
- This is a translated version of the Cancellation of Registration. Please specify your language and we will provide the translation accordingly.
